RanLife is committed to protecting your privacy. We have dedicated ourselves to revolutionizing the home loan process and helping individuals use this online application tool to streamline the home loan process. When you use our online application, you’re entrusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility and we work hard to protect your information and put you in control.

This Privacy Notice is intended to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, and delete your information. This Privacy Notice applies specifically to information collected by this app but is also applicable to any and all information gathered by RanLife. This Privacy Notice is intended to inform you of the following:

• The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.

If we make material or significant changes to this Privacy Notice, we will notify you by means of a "notice" within this app. Your continued use of this app signifies your acceptance of the changes to the Privacy Notice.

Throughout this notice, "Site" refers to the RanLife internet web site (ranlife.com) and its related services. "You" or "User" refers to a registered user of this Site. "RanLife" or "We" refers to RanLife, Inc.


The Work Space

The Work Space area of this Site is for the benefit of our users. The private and shared work space areas of the Site help to facilitate communication and the exchange and sharing of information. The information contained in private work spaces shared between Users and RanLife is not used for any purposes other than to facilitate communication and the exchange of information between the parties involved.


Information We Gather

When you access or use this app, you are consenting to our use of the information we collect from you. In addition, any information you provide to us, including but not limited to completing an application for a loan, we collect and store the information that specifically identifies you or your account (personally identifiable information). The required information you provide may include your User ID, password, first name, last name, business name, address, city, state, zip/postal code, phone, fax, email, web site address, income information and information about your current property and your current mortgage. We may, in the future, include other optional requests for information from you to help us tailor the Site for you and deliver personalized information to you.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to or collect information that you voluntarily provide to us. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside our organization other than what may be necessary to fulfill your request. In some cases, we may use service providers such as title companies to complete a business process. When we use a service provider, we may need to share your personally identifiable information. Service providers are strictly prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for purposes other than to act on our behalf.


Your Public Profile

As part of registration, you may be required to provide contact information such as name, address, city, state, zip, phone, fax, and email address. Some of this information may be displayed to other users of our service in an effort to simplify communication between members.


Online Surveys and Contests

On occasion, RanLife conducts online user surveys to collect information about our Users’ preferences. These surveys are optional and if you choose to respond, your responses will be kept anonymous. Similarly, we offer contests to qualifying users in which we ask for contact and demographic information such as name, email address, and mailing address. Information we gather through a contest may also be disclosed to third parties, as necessary, for prize fulfillment and other aspects of any contest or similar offering.


Demographic Information

The demographic information that RanLife collects in the registration process and through online surveys may be used to help us improve our services to meet the needs and preferences of our users. This may include targeting advertising to you about our services.


Cookies and Other Similar Technologies

RanLife automatically collects your browser type and browser software version to tailor the presentation of the services to your platform and to maintain a record of your activity on the Site. In addition, we may set and access our cookies on your computer when you browse our app. We use cookies primarily to determine how visitors engage with the app (e.g., the pages you view, the links your click, how frequently you access the app, the number of visits over time, etc.).

In addition, as an automatic process, our web server software records a log file of IP addresses that access our site. However, we may use IP addresses to identify a user when we, in our sole discretion, determine that it is necessary to enforce compliance with our Terms and Conditions of Use or to protect our service, site, customers, or others.

RanLife uses your personally identifiable information for our own internal purposes including contacting you via email to inform you about updates to our services and providing you with other information that we deem necessary. Income, property, and current mortgage information is collected solely for evaluating which loan products may be available to you. We reserve the right to disclose your information as required by law. We do not rent or sell our User’s personally identifiable information to third parties.


Advertising

At this time, RanLife does not display banner advertising on our site, but we may send you email communications including information that we think may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving these promotional email communications either when you register to become a member or at any time thereafter by sending an email message to info@ranlife.com so that we may respond to your request.


Third Party Advertising Vendors

RanLife advertises through third party vendors including Google, Yahoo Search Marketing, and Microsoft Advertising. These vendors show both display ads and text ads through their search engine platforms and on various partner sites across the internet. Vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to our website. Users may opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page.


Comments Submitted by Users

RanLife constantly seeks to improve the quality of the services we provide and your experience on the Site. We value your input and encourage you to help us expand and make improvements to the Site by providing us with any thoughts or comments you might have regarding our services or the operation of our site. You may submit any comments by sending an email to info@ranlife.com If you provide this information, we will only use it to acknowledge or respond to your comments. In certain circumstances, we may ask for your permission to post your comments in marketing or promotional materials.


Your Access and Control Over Information

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via our app, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive or personally identifiable information (such as social security number or credit card information), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive or personally identifiable information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.


Minors

Our app is not intended for minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received or collected Personal Information pertaining to a minor under the age of consent, we will delete such information from our records.


To Limit Our Sharing

If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information within 30 days from the date you complete an application. When you are no longer our customer, we may continue to share your information as described in this notice. However, you may contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

If, for any reason, you feel we are not abiding by this privacy policy or you want personal information that has been collected and stored about you removed from our system, you may contact us immediately via phone at 866.429.0470 or via email at info@ranlife.com so that we may respond to your request.


Terminating Your Membership

We save your personally identifiable information until your membership with us is terminated. To terminate your membership, send an email to info@ranlife.com. Once you terminate your membership, your account will be marked in our records as do not contact. You may continue to receive email or mail communications from us for a short period of time until we have updated all our databases. After termination of your membership, your personally identifiable information may remain on our archived database and records for a reasonable time as residual information. We do not use this residual information. However, we will continue to maintain information on users who have been removed for violating our Membership Agreement.
